New England Claims, Inc. is proud to be a 2nd generation, family-owned company. Founded in 1985 by William and Dianne Randall. In 2019, Mark Randall and his wife Melissa took over ownership and continue to grow the company. Mark brings over 20 years of industry experience and has the demeanor needed to handle even the most challenging situations. Integrity is our top priority, while providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Being a locally owned and operated company means we are invested in our community. We work well with other local vendors to keep cost lows.
